The New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department - Alcohol and Gaming Division manages the overall issuance, transfer and revocation of liquor licenses, as specified in the Liquor Control Act. To find out the status of a pending application, or if you have any questions regarding liquor licenses or general questions, please contact their office at (505) 476-4875.

If you have any questions pertaining to the application or renewal of a Liquor License, please call the Los Alamos County Manager’s Office at (505) 663-1750.

The Customer Care Center handles the collection of any fees involved with liquor licenses, and can be reached at (505) 662-8333.
