Scope of the Project
Los Alamos County is working with American Ramp Company to replace the modular elements at the White Rock Skate Park.
Skatepark design Services include but are not limited to the following:
a. Conduct a public engagement meeting to solicit input from local skate park users and/or County Staff on concepts for County preferred skate park design.
b. Public engagement meeting shall consist of a hybrid meeting setting to include both in-person and virtual options for interested parties to attend.
c. Provide professional skater involvement in the design process. A professional skater shall be present either in-person or virtually for the duration of the public engagement meeting.
d. Provide two (2) site-specific designs for review by County, to identify preferred features and ideas as identified in the public engagement meeting.
e. Provide interactive 3D renderings of conceptual design revisions based on preferred features and feedback from the public engagement meeting.
f. Provide County with summary from engagement meeting and recommended design based on meeting input and ideas. Submit final design for approval by the County.

Status
- Public Meeting at the White Rock Skate Park at noon on March 9th and Survey on March 9th visit the "Have Your Say" page.
- AGR23-956– American Ramp Company was awarded the contract for replacement of modular structures at the White Rock Skate Park.
- American Ramp Company is seeking resident input by online survey – this survey goes live on February 15, 2024.
- In person meet and greet with ARC, County Staff and professional skaters is being held on March 9, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) at the White Rock Skate Park (99 Sherwood Blvd, White Rock, NM).
