Subject line of the email must contain the following information: RESPONSE – RFP24-39 ON-CALL SERVICES FOR UTILITY POWER DISTRIBUTION ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING.
Alternatively, sealed Proposals may be submitted in paper form, one (1) clearly labeled unbound original and four (4) bound paper copies.
