Before You Sign Your Lease...

The intent of this meeting in to educate property owners, property managers, and future and current business owners on the proper methods to change the occupancy classification of the space they are using or intend to use for their business.

The goal of this meeting to help attendees understand this process in effort to save time and resources on all sides. Topics will include occupancy classification, building codes, practical examples, and the importance of working with Los Alamos County.
