Council Strategic Planning Special Session

The Los Alamos County Council will meet for their annual strategic planning special session this Friday, Nov. 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Pajarito Cliffs Site (PCS), Building 1 Conference Room (101 Camino Entrada, Los Alamos). The meeting will be held in person and is open to the public.

View the published agenda packet and use the eComment tool to leave public comments from the convenience of your home before noon on the day of the meeting. Council will discuss the 2025 Strategic Priorities, incorporating the following items available for review as agenda attachments:

-      2024 Council Strategic Leadership Plan

-      2024 National Community Survey (NCS) Report for Los Alamos County, NM
