Atomic City Transit After School Express Routes Resume Wed., August 7

Atomic City Transit is pleased to announce Express Routes will resume operations beginning Wednesday, August 7 in conjunction with the start of school.

Express Routes are amended to meet the new Los Alamos Public Schools release time:

• Elementary Schools 8:10 a.m. - 2:40 p.m.
• Middle School 8:40 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

§ Route 7 - North Mesa will depart at 3:35 p.m. from San Ildefonso Road and Hawk Drive

§ Route 8 – North Community will depart at 2:45 p.m. from the Mountain School area and travel to the Aspen School area to transfer riders to Route 9 at 2:50 p.m.

§ Route 9 - Aspen School area will depart 33rd St. at 2:50 p.m. and travel to North Mesa and then onto the downtown area.

§ Route 10 - Barranca Mesa will depart at 2:45 p.m.

§ Route 11 - White Rock area will depart from the Piñon School area at 2:45 p.m. onto Meadow Ln. and depart the Chamisa School area at 2:52 p.m.
