– Los Alamos County Clerk Naomi Maestas reminds registered voters in Los Alamos County to participate in the 2024 Primary Election tomorrow, Tuesday, June 4. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with multiple locations for voters to cast their ballots or drop off an absentee ballot.

Polling Locations are as follows:

Los Alamos Townsite:

  • Municipal Building, 1000 Central Ave., Council Chambers
  • Los Alamos Golf Course, 4244 Diamond Drive, Multi-purpose Rm.
  • University of New Mexico-Los Alamos, 4000 University Drive, Bldg. 2, Rm. 230
  • Betty Ehart Senior Center, 1101 Bathtub Row, Downstairs Classroom

Los Alamos Townsite Drive-through Ballot Drop Box:

  • Mesa Public Library, 2400 Central Ave.

White Rock:

  • White Rock Town Hall, 139 Long View Drive, Conference Training Rooms

White Rock Drive-through Ballot Drop Box:

  • White Rock Branch Library, 10 Sherwood Blvd

This year's primary election includes a variety of important races, including U.S. President, U.S. Senator, U.S. Representative for District 3, State Senator for District 5, State Representative for District 43, Public Education Commissioner, District Attorney, three Los Alamos County Council seats, and the Los Alamos County Clerk. Election results will be shared on the NM Secretary of State’s website  https://www.sos.nm.gov/election-results-2024/.
