Environmental Services says thank you to the community

Los Alamos County Environmental Services wants to thank the community for Cleaning Up Los Alamos. Various groups, including the Rotary Club of LA, Champions of Youth Ambition (C’YA), Girl Scout Troop 10717, Los Alamos Birders, Exit Realty, Los Alamos Sustainability Alliance (LASA), and private individuals came together for the cleanup event on September 21 in honor of National Clean Up Day and the 21st anniversary of Clean Up Los Alamos Day. In total, 18 tons of trash was collected. A total of 15 groups and 75 participants took part in this effort.
