Inclusivity Task Force meets this Wednesday

Los Alamos County’s newly formed Inclusivity Task Force will hold its first public meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 30, at 12 p.m. in Room 110 of the Municipal Building, 1000 Central Ave., Los Alamos.
Like other boards and commissions meetings, the Inclusivity Task Force gathering is open to the public with a Zoom link option. A copy of the agenda is available on the County’s Legistar website
On following items are on the agenda:
  • Review of the Task Force Charter.
  • Training on Board and Commission procedural rules, the Open Meetings Act, and the Inspection of Public Records Act.
  • Election of a Chair and Vice-Chair for the Task Force.
  • Identification of affiliate groups and key contacts.
  • Scheduling of future meetings.
The Inclusivity Task Force was created to advise the Los Alamos County Council on the overall perspective of the community's inclusivity and propose recommendations that will promote a sense of belonging.  For more information, contact Jackie Salazar at 505.663.1750.
