Social Services Division to offer evening outreach hours

Los Alamos County Social Services Division will begin offering additional evening outreach hours this week, to better assist individuals that may not be able to meet during regular business hours. The Social Services Case Coordination Specialist will be available at the Mesa Public Library and the White Rock Branch Library from 5 to 8 p.m. on several days throughout the months of May and June:

Mesa Public Library, 2400 Central Avenue, Los Alamos, NM 87544

Wednesday, May 15, from 5 – 8 p.m.

Wednesday, May 29, from 5 – 8 p.m.

Wednesday, June 12, from 5 – 8 p.m.

White Rock Public Library, 10 Sherwood Blvd, White Rock, NM 87544

Thursday, May 23, from 5 – 8 p.m.

Thursday, June 6, from 5 – 8 p.m.

Thursday, June 20, from 5 – 8 p.m.

Community members who need assistance with housing services, utility payments, food instability, or connections to other resources in the county are encouraged to stop by for a one-on-one meeting to learn how Social Services may be able to help. No appointment is necessary.
