White Rock, LANL power is down

A power outage is affecting White Rock and Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) due to an issue with the Norton transmission line. The cause is under investigation by the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities (DPU) and LANL.

DPU and LANL electric crews are patrolling and re-energizing as they are able, however it is expected to take at least two hours before full restoration is complete. All DPU linemen have been called in to work on this issue.
