O2-Commercial Trash and Recycling

Los Alamos County businesses are offered solid waste and recycling dumpsters. Recycling roll carts are also available upon request. Contractors and other commercial entities who will be producing a large volume of waste should rent a roll-off. 

Dumpster Rental Requests

Guidelines and Responsibilities:

• Overloading: All material must be below or level with the top of the dumpster. If the dumpster is overloaded, it will not be serviced. An additional on-call service fee of $42.50 will be charged once corrections have been made.

• Space Requirements: The dumpster must be placed in an area on your property that is clear of overhead power lines, trees, and other obstructions.

• Notification: A 72-hour notice is required for both placement and unscheduled service of the dumpster

Roll-off service charges

Description Cost
Roll-off service (includes 1 service, 1 month rental, material disposal will be charged at current tip fee). $321.25
 One time dumpster service (includes 1 service, 1 month rental and 1 ton of material. Over 1 ton will be charged at current tip fee.) $217.00
Daily rental fee (Roll-off rented longer than one month) $10.00

Trash compactor service charges

Trash roll-cart service for commercial, single business or other non-residential establishments (one pick up per week), per month $29.25
